Cereal Wars

IT Prof and I ran errands this morning after getting him a coffee and me a bagel at Panera and then me my Starbucks fix. When we were at Price Chopper replenishing our refrigerator and pantry, IT Prof was quite excited about the 50% off Kellogg's cereals. He stocked up for him while I bought Life cereal which was on sale for only $1.99. When we were checking out,I noticed that "my" Life cereal still cost less per box than any of his Kellogg's cereals. Of course, I vocalized my delight at being the cheaper one. This strange behavior consequently gave the checker her laugh for the day.
